Toute la magie du golf s'inscrit dans sa capacité à amener des collaborateurs en entreprise à se dépasser individuellement, pour construire une performance collective. Avec en arrière plan cette question ontologique : comment construire un objectif commun sur un sujet non maîtrisé, ici le jeu de golf.

 

Pour ce faire, les participants sont organisés en groupes de trois ou quatre personnes, avec un objectif de jeu par groupe et la nécessité sous-jacente de devoir découvrir et composer avec les compétences de chacun, pour accomplir l'objectif assigné. Cette approche permet de dégager rapidement des traits de caractère dominant, tels :

• Le leadership

• Le tacticien

• Le stratège.

• Le visionnaire

• Le décisionnaire

 

L'analyse de ces comportements, sur un plan psychologique, permettra d'amener les participants à accéder à la partie la plus importante de leur cerveau,  "l'inconscient compétent".  Pour ce faire, ils vont apprendre à travailler le "lâcher prise", augmenter ainsi leur confiance en eux-même, évacuer leurs doutes parasites et ainsi performer plus efficacement.

To do this, participants are organized into groups of three or four people, with a play objective per group and the underlying need to discover and deal with each other's skills to achieve the assigned objective. This approach makes it possible to quickly identify dominant character traits, such as:

• The leadership

• The tactician

• The strategist.

• The visionary

• The decision-maker

The analysis of these behaviours, on a psychological level, will allow participants to access the most important part of their brain, the "competent unconscious".  To do this, they will learn to work on "letting go", thus increasing their self-confidence, removing their parasitic doubts and thus performing more effectively.
